The first effect is not applied during your turn, so it can only be used for Ruins-only effects at this time. It's attractive to be able to normal summon and tie up your opponent in ruins, but in that case it's better to have 7 or 8 dragons in ruins with Noble Knight or Guardian Knight in many cases.
The second effect is 1800 RBI, which is excellent for a lower class, and it also supports honesty, so depending on the opponent, I think there are many situations where you can use the effect. However, it is a bottleneck that attackers will not increase as it is because it is only sent to GY. As a preparation for the next time, it can be used instead of Orobu or Ravine, or it can be used to drop a normal dragon and revive it with a silver dragon.
The third effect is the resurrection effect, and the effect itself is powerful. However, if you use the effect as it is, it will be an add loss, so you will need to consider discarding cards.
It's a card that's pretty disappointing, and it's a card that makes you think, "At least if it's a Warrior." The effect itself is not bad, so I think that pin insertion is just right.
