Superlative Fairy.
The effect is quite strong. Declare the top 3 cards in the deck and add it to your hand if you answer correctly, and drop it in her GY if you miss it. Depending on how you build your deck, this effect has a high probability of earning ads. There are quite a few cards that control the deck top, so it might be a good idea to create a dedicated build, although it loses versatility. Due to the effect, the maximum RBI is 3000, so it feels unstable and low for a level 10 mark, but I don't think it's a problem because the effect is strong.
The problem is how to put it on the field. There is a fairly heavy restriction that you can only Special Summon if you send LIGHT dragons and angels to her GY. Due to this limitation, it is not compatible with Fairy's strengths such as Valhalla, Superbia, and Athena, and there is no synergy between Fairy and Dragon, so it is a very difficult card to put out. If it's the end of the world, it might be good because Rider and her LIGHT angel are side by side.
