It's a perfect card for a deck that doesn't start unless a specific monster passes through it. That said, of course it consumes summon power, so if you get hit with a removal in a chain (although the loss is somewhat reduced), it will hinder the deployment, so be careful. If you do a Special Summon with 《Goblindbergh》, you can prevent a torrent burial, but if one side is returned with 《Compulsory Evacuation Device》, the 4 stars will stand still and the turn will end. I would like to get involved with P summons and resurrection cards well.
