The effect is easy to use in high beats centered on cards with meta performance such as decks and Thunder King Rai-Oh that can be lined up to increase RBI by 500 regardless of race or attribute.
The disadvantage is that when activated, all monsters Special Summoned are destroyed and monsters cannot be output from EX after that.
It's a painful disadvantage, but there aren't many decks that can lighten this disadvantage, so this is good.
The problem is that it can only be activated once per duel, and even if it has resistance to destruction, it has no resistance to bounce or exclusion, so it is surprisingly fragile, so it is difficult to stack multiple cards. Not fully utilized.
