The strongest little girl in Yu-Gi-Oh history (relatively true).
The effect is a compulsory effect that revives her Fabled of GY when she is discarded from the hand.
Because of the compulsory effect, you won't miss the timing, and although there are restrictions on being level 4 or lower, there are many low-ranked Fabled, so there is no problem. It has an outrageous performance that allows you to reuse Kudabe and Unicode as long as you meet the resurrection limit. It works well with Kushano, and if you change your hand with Kushano's effect, you can deploy it without reducing your summoning right or your hand.
It's a powerful card that there's no reason not to put it in Fabled, but it's a very difficult card to use, as it's likely to put pressure on the field due to its compulsory effect.
