Right now she's one of Igknight's trump cards.
Destroys her Pendulum cards on the field and performs a fairly harsh removal method of untargeted bounce. What's more, since it doesn't specify "your field" for destruction, it's a brutal ability that allows you to bounce the opponent's card after destroying her opponent's Pendulum card.
The second effect is to recruit her Dracoslayer from the Deck in Defense Position.
It can be used every turn at no cost, so I would like to say that it is quite powerful, but the Dracoslayer recruited with this cannot be used as an S summon material. Since there is a severe restriction that the all-important raster P cannot perform S summons, X summons, and fusions other than Dracoslayer, currently this effect can only be used for the cost of (1). P's defense power is 0, so...).
