A card that reminds us of Dragon Ruler's 《Recurring Nightmare》.
The summoning conditions may seem heavy, but if you ignore the stability, it's not that difficult.

It seems to be a restricted card, but even if it's restricted, it doesn't seem to make any sense because it works well with just one copy on top of the extra.
