A card that used to be strong.
The same level 10 Synchro Monster has Kiyo and Drago Ascension, so the merit of putting this one aside from them is small.
Every effect requires his LIGHT monster to be on the opponent's field, so it will inevitably end up on the draw. There is a gimmick to prepare his LIGHT on the opponent's field, but I have to say that the price to do that is weak.
It's not a card that can't be used, but considering the conditions for activating the effect, the frame for extras, etc., it's probably out of scope.
