The strongest HERO, finally descended?
It is quite heavy to put out E · HERO 3 bodies properly. Miracle Fusion would be the iron plate.
The first effect cannot be used when attacking from here, and the opponent will not attack without a way to break through, so it should be considered a battle suppression effect.
The second effect is Tilas' monster limited edition. It's an effect that can be added, but monster removal is generally better before the battle phase. Either aim for the monsters you missed, or use it for combos because you can destroy your own monsters as well.
The third effect is to revive a fusion HERO of level 8 or below when destroyed. You can revive HERO and MHERO that are written as being able to Special Summon only by fusion summoning, but you need to meet the resurrection restrictions. Watch out for rule mistakes. It is convenient not to interrupt the battle line even when it is destroyed.
None of the effects are weak, but some are tough to be the killer. Above all, the presence of Trinity, which can be used with two HEROs and has a higher RBI than this card, and Trinity, which can be used with the same material as this card and can be a powerful finisher, makes this card's position difficult. The third effect might be useful for some kind of combo, but the reality is that it's hard to use it as a trump card at the moment.
