Boost draw with the same activation conditions as Final Destiny.
However, like Final Destiny, the activation cost is not odd. Furthermore, it takes 3 turns to recover the lost ad, and since this card is his Continuous Spell, it is quite easy to crack. In the first place, even the first two draws will not be possible if you are chain cycled.
For the time being, it may be possible to use cards that can be activated by discarding cards to make up for the lost add, or to compress the Deck at high speed, but I still think that Final Destiny is better for such an effect. I wonder if it's just me.
