A strict condition that you should discard 5 cards since "Final Destiny".
It can't be activated even on the first turn, so it's tough unless you have a lot of cards in your hand.
Even though you can draw 2, it's a full disadvantage. To get it back, you'll have to wait for 3 turns to make sure no removals come, and you'll have to draw an extra draw.
I don't recommend using the card to determine whether or not it can be activated as the axis of rotation...
