It's a simple effect that lowers the level of monsters on the opponent's field by 1, but it's a card that's been gaining popularity since the Xyz era.
Unlike Synchro, which has a variety of levels that are difficult to interfere with in the end, Xyz is mainly an extra operation that allows a wide range of options at the same rank.
