Overall Rating: Fatal for certain of his decks.
Xyz Summoning is basically performed at the original level, so if you can lower the level by one with this card, you won't be able to complete it, and it will be a fatal deterrent.
Synchro Monsters also have to change routes, and there are times when Synchro materials are not enough.
Rituals are deadly when releasing monsters on the field, but does it have any effect when releasing from other places?
Fusion, Link Monster, and monsters in the main deck are extremely ineffective and useless.
It's hard to use in combos, and it's strong enough to destroy certain decks in the meta, so it depends on the environment.
