Although there is a restriction that only revived dinosaurs are restricted, Majespecter resistance is not weak, and if you resurrect yourself, it will be within the effect range, so together with the first effect, it will be a ridiculously hard wall.
The third effect is a resurrection effect common to transcendental dragons. Like other Transcendence Dragons, Meteorus can actively destroy it during the opponent's turn, and by synchronizing via 《Xeno Meteorus》, you can naturally prepare a Normal Monster in his GY, so using the effect is easy.
