Among the World Legacy monsters, this is a card that is extremely easy to use even if you draw it. If you put it out for the time being, it can also be a hindrance card depending on the opponent.
It goes well with the original theme, Palladion, and by putting this card out in the middle of development, you can check the interference from your opponent's monsters. You can (limitedly) add another Disruption on the board. You probably won't use it in the first place, but Normal Summon If possible, you can use its 2nd effect to interfere with your search, so it might be worth remembering.
In his deck that employs Gills, he will use star armor as a drop target for GY. Star armor is the one that actively earns adverts, so I'd like to decide on adoption based on ease of access to Gills and the ability to deal with it when it's taken out.
