The effects that can be Special Summoned when Noble Arms is in play are currently a bit heavy. If you try to use it for deployment on the first turn, you will start with 3 cards. With 《Last Chapter of the Noble Knights》, you can get both Noble Knight and Noble Arms in one card, so it's easy to target the effect, but the conditions are a bit troublesome over there.
If anything, the favorite would be the addition of the summoning right when it becomes a material. For example Mordred ef -> Ivan ss -> Isolde ss -> Corneus ss -> Knight King Artorius or Knight King Corneus ss, he can Normal Summon just one more time.
