Even now in 2022, it is the only card that specifically states that it cannot be played on the first turn.
I thought it was an unattractive text, so I stopped writing it immediately, but everyone thinks that there are many more cards that should have been done this way, or at least not something that should be written on this card.
At the time, it may have been decided that it would be too strong if it didn't do this, but I personally think that if it's not a banned card, it's better to be too strong than too weak, so I'd like to extend it a little. If it's about killing sex, it's fine, but I can't admire such overadjustment at a level where the significance of the card's existence itself is questioned.
