Comprehensive evaluation: Lack of use.
The release reduction condition is when there are no cards on the field.
If it's the 1st turn of the first attack, you can definitely fill it, but you can't use it at that time, so you can fill it with a total removal.
However, since it uses the summoning right, it is necessary to remove around Black Rose Dragon only with Special Summon, and it is difficult to connect.
Wouldn't it be better to use other cards, such as P summoning, Kana?
As for effects, only Field Spells can be destroyed, and the opportunities to use them are limited.
Moreover, since it is in exchange for an attack, there are many places where it seems better not to use it even if it can be used.
It may be useful when destroying the Field Spell sent with 《Set Rotation》.

Even now in 2022, it is the only card that specifically states that it cannot be played on the first turn.
I thought it was an unattractive text, so I stopped writing it immediately, but everyone thinks that there are many more cards that should have been done this way, or at least not something that should be written on this card.
At the time, it may have been decided that it would be too strong if it didn't do this, but I personally think that if it's not a banned card, it's better to be too strong than too weak, so I'd like to extend it a little. If it's about killing sex, it's fine, but I can't admire such overadjustment at a level where the significance of the card's existence itself is questioned.

A high-level monster with extremely strict compromise summoning conditions.
If the compromise summoning conditions don't make much sense, I would like to play with other effects, but it's a pity that the activation effect only destroys the field by discarding the attack.
If I could at least use it on my first turn, I might still be able to use it for something.

In one game, it was the only monster in a Dark Signer's deck.

Field Spell removal alone is difficult to adopt, and it doesn't mesh with the first half of the effect in the first place
Due to the terrible condition that it cannot be used on the first turn, release reduction has become a hidden effect.

It has a release reduction effect, but it only works when there are no cards on the field, so it's really difficult except on the first turn. Even so, it's a terrible card that is destroyed if you can't use this effect exactly on the first turn. As for the effect, he only destroys Field Spells, with the disadvantage that he cannot attack in that case. In the first place, the release reduction effect and the existence of Field Spell are not compatible. His RBI is also below Monarch, and even if he had appeared in the first season, it would have been a useless card.

It has the effect of reducing release, but since the field must be empty, it is quite difficult to meet the conditions. RBI is good as a monster that can be released without release, but as long as the conditions are strict, it is almost unattractive. The effect of destroying Field Spells in the latter half is also something that can be dealt with with the versatile "Cyclone" and his Synchro Monster "Ancient Fairy Dragon".

It's a monster that can be summoned without Release, but the condition is when there are no cards on either side of the field, so it's very strict. It is also a difficult point that it has not reached 2400 of the last-minute advanced monster line. The only time I can qualify for this card is after a sweeper with Black Rose Dragon.
For the time being, the effect of the second half is effective for Decks centered on Field Spell, but is it too pinpointed?

It has a release reduction ability, but since it cannot be used after the second turn, it is no exaggeration to say that it is almost non-existent. It's hard to say that this card has a low RBI and a strong effect. Or rather, it's almost certainly defeated by Mobius...

oh! 2300 that can be summoned without release! ?
Well, the conditions are...
・When there are no cards on the field.
・This effect cannot be used on the first turn of the first attack.

First of all, it is quite unreasonable to demand even though it is a release reduction.
Since I rarely have the opportunity to activate it until after using Black Rose, I think I'm glad I used Special Summon...
And I can't think of a case where it has to be this guy.
That's why get out the dark beast tuner, he's KONMAI.

Dimak's only hope in TF4. Even so, the conditions are tough.
Opportunities to meet this condition are rare, and general-purpose removal is enough for the latter half of the effect.
Somehow, I can't find the reason why I have to use this card...
