It's a card used by Juudai in the anime GX, and as you can see from the card name, attack/defense, and level, it's clearly aware of the existence of "Card Trooper", and while it's similar to the effect over there, it's nature seems to be a pair. It has an effect arranged to be a defensive effect, but to put it bluntly, its performance is a clumsy one.
After all, the only thing you can actively do without being assisted by other effects is to become a Defense Position by summoning triggers, which is absolutely ridiculous.
On top of that, the draw effect at the time of being destroyed has been cut down, so I don't think it will be a restraining agent that slows down the opponent's attack with his indeterminate GY fertilizer.
It's a decent wall against lower-class monsters, but basically he won't be attacked by monsters with ATK of 1900 or less in situations where the effect can be applied.
As a result of releasing Gunner with that performance, it was broken and became a limited card at the time, so if the result of reflection is this, it can't be helped, but was it an overadjustment?
