The fact that it's a searchable resurrection trap and free chain is very good.
Evil★Twins Link Monsters all have resurrection effects, so it might seem like a bad match for this card, but that's not the case. It's the best card in terms of making up for your weaknesses.
This card is used exclusively as a countermeasure against cards like 《Called by the Grave》that interfere with resurrection. By using it together with 《Ghost Belle & Haunted Mansion》, you can dramatically reduce the chances of your opponent touching GY.
It's also excellent that you can restore the battle line with this single card even if the board is completely empty. You can increase the pressure on the board by collecting this card while restricting your opponent's movement with the effect of 《Knightmare Gryphon》.
The downside is that 《Evil★Twin's Trouble Sunny》cannot be revived. If your opponent doesn't have 《Called by the Grave》, the card will be meaningless, so you want to think carefully about the number of cards you use.
