If this card is Ritual Summoned, you can summon more Odd-Eyes monsters, but prepare a Ritual Spell and release monsters... it's a lot of work. 《Odd-Eyes Vortex Dragon》, which is the first monster I want to summon, is a monster that can be used normally.
