Royal Penguin's Garden, abbreviated as RPG, is a name that was definitely given to us consciously.
Could this also be said to be one form of Penguin Land that Mr. Otaki dreamed of?
An essential card for the Penguin Deck that has the effect of searching for any Penguin card other than the same name card when activated, and lowering the level of Penguin monsters on the field and in the hand by one.
With this single card, you can search for 《The Great Emperor Penguin》, lower the level, and summon without releasing it, so I think it's safe to say that this is a revolution in Penguin Decks.
However, it is a pity that even though this card has a Penguin name, there is no way to easily search for it. It may be natural if you think about the return when the effect passes, but it is still quite painful.
As for the hand cost, I would like to send it to GY and select as many cards as possible, such as 《Nopenguin》.
