It was supposed to be Borrel's long-awaited billboard and his new Link Monster.
Its main effect is a mass removal in the damage step.
However, it's a strong pattern to use removal during the main phase as an outburst, and then safely deploy additional cards afterward, so it seems quite difficult for this card to require a battle.
Since the effect will involve itself, you want to place it at the link destination of the Link Monster to gain resistance, but in addition to Link Summoning this card with 3 monsters, preparing a separate Link Monster is a hassle. Furthermore, since the Dragon Link 1 marker, which has good compatibility with Rokket, is not downward, it is a question of whether to prepare a Link 2 or higher monster with even more difficulty, or to make a downward Link 1 that is not particularly delicious.
If you go that far, it will be difficult to see the Link Summon of Borrelend Dragon, but if you bring it out, you will be able to exert more interference power than this card in many cases.
