Hope with the strongest murderous intent even among Hopes with masses of murderous intent.
Its effect is to search for Hope's strongest Spell Card, Double or Nothing!, and X-Change it into a Utopia X-Monster. There are many types of Utopia monsters, so there is no need to worry about X change destinations. It works well with the newly released Dragner, and if you use Double → Dragner → Beyond, you can bring it to the end of the game if your opponent has two or more monsters in Attack Position. If you can line up side by side, it's OK to put out the original Utopia and use 《Double or Nothing!》to create a super RBI.
Anyway, it's a card that can be said to be a hero that expanded the possibilities of the Hope Deck. It is exceptional that such a card with increasing murderous intent comes out at level 4 x 2.
The points to note are that you can't use the effect unless 《Double or Nothing!》is in his deck, and if you use Dragner, there is also the double restriction, so you can't attack directly.
