・ Conditions for Special Summons
Since it requires negate monsters, if you want to use it as a hindrance, you need to cooperate with 《Effect Veiler》and 《Infinite Impermanence》. Once in a while, opponents will prepare monsters that are negate by themselves, such as 《Junk Synchron》, but I can't just use them.
If you have room for this card, you'll have a better overall sabotage success rate with a more reliable hand trigger instead.
If his deck takes advantage of the fact that monsters stay on the field, you should find a reason to use it. In that case, it will be easier to take advantage of the condition that he can Special Summon even on your turn.
・Regarding interference effects
●Hand: He Special Summons 1 monster from his hand.
His Special Summon for this card also requires a fair amount of preparation, so it's too greedy to Special Summon a monster from your hand and try to make a combo. If there is a situation where this effect sticks, it is about lucky.
● Deck: I draw 2 cards from his deck.
It is excellent, including the possibility of drawing in new obstruction cards. However, "Infinite Impermanence", which was used to meet the Special Summon conditions, cannot be activated because this card is on the field even if it can be drawn here.
- EX Deck: Select and destroy 1 Special Summoned monster from the EX Deck.
It is a big favorite and a powerful effect that unilaterally kills the opponent's main force. The point is not to target it. This card's stats aren't that high, but if you can destroy large monsters, it will be difficult to break through in battle, and if you can stay there, you can continue to interfere.
On the other hand, it only reacts to monsters in the Extra Deck, so if a monster with resistance comes out, it can be said that it is a weak point that it is easily dodged.
Overall, I think it's a powerful card, but I don't feel that if it's just for the purpose of disruption, it can't ditch the existing hand triggers. I would like to adopt this card when Decks that stick with this card emerge, or when using Decks that can make use of this card's status.
