There are two types of effects, but the main one is (2).
(2) is an effect that activates 《Great Sand Sea - Gold Golgonda》. 《Great Sand Sea - Gold Golgonda》itself is not that strong, but it is an indispensable card for Springans, and being able to prepare it without using summons is useful in terms of reducing the accident rate. Since it is activated directly without adding to the hand, it is not interfered by 《Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring》.
It can also be activated from GY, but Great Sand Sea - Gold Golgonda is basically a card that is fully loaded, so this is a faint benefit.
(1) interferes with Effect Monsters. Since it can be used when the X monster leaves the field due to its effect, the common effect of Springans X monsters can actively pull the activation trigger. On the other hand, the essential effect is unreliable, and since it only prohibits the activation of the effect, it cannot counter the permanent effect, and it cannot prevent the trigger effect when summoning / Special Summon succeeds due to chain processing.
