A perfect counter that can be activated by returning the glittering dragon on the field to the hand.
While interfering with all of your opponent's actions to create Chain Blocks, you can return the glittering dragon to your hand to check your opponent's next and subsequent actions.
I think it's good that it's an obstruction card that can be accessed with Reyel, but for some reason it's not a Counter Trap, so it can't be chained to a Counter Trap. It's normally chained to the effect of Spell Speed 2, and since the effect is negate, it can't be activated in a damage step.
So it looks like a perfect counter, but it's actually not that perfect of a defensive range.
I don't think it's weak at all, but I have the impression that it's a pretty upswing card, and I feel that the situation where you can choose this card with Reyel, who has a glittering dragon on the field and can only be effective in NS, is quite upswing in the first place. I guess
If you just want to return the Glittering Dragon to your hand, I think it would be more stable to use Advent, which also has a launch effect.
