Overall evaluation: I want to use it in a Deck that can line up a large number of Link Monsters, or in a Fiend-only Deck.
(2) can limit the effects of Special Summoned monsters that are not in a linked state, but if you put them in the EX monster zone, they will also give your opponent one link destination, so they will be moved.
Also, (1) his spell/trap card salvage cannot be used unless he is in a linked state.
Put out a monster with a downward marker in the EX monster zone and use it in a mutually linked state, or use it with the understanding that it can be moved to some extent.
In the former case, it is used with decks that are easy to link summon, such as Gouki, and in the latter case, it is used with decks that have few other options, such as Evil Twins.
It's not difficult to make Evil Twins reciprocally linked, though.
Due to its low ATK, there is a high possibility that it will be targeted by 《Dinowrestler Pankratops》and the like, so it is good to use monsters to compensate for that.
