General-purpose LINK4 with recovery and suppression. It became a storage price with re-recording.
The recovery effect of Spells and Traps is unquestionably excellent. You can revive your Deck's key cards, obstructive Traps, etc., and prepare for the next turn onwards.
The suppression effect is like a simple Skill Drain effect, but to be honest, it's not a big deal. There aren't many Decks that don't use Link Monsters these days, and monsters that Normal Summon are the first move, and there are many holes in the deck, such as the effects from the hand that can be deployed in large numbers. This card alone cannot be said to be a one-size-fits-all suppression. If you're going to set up this one for the purpose of suppressing it, it's probably better to lay down Baguska, which has similar effects.
However, when combined with an effect like Apolloosa that negates the opponent's effect, you can increase the binding power. It has a low RBI, so you may need to support it with other monsters, but I think it's a card that can be evaluated in terms of narrowing down your actions.
