It is said to fit into any X Deck due to its wide range of X summoning conditions. Although there are some decks that you can't actually enter.
The strength of this card is that it doesn't overwhelm the main deck at all. There is no chance that you will draw it when you can't use it, so if you have an EX slot, it's a good deal.
