It has a self-SS effect on the condition that there is a trap card somewhere in the field or GY.
Luckily, it's OK if you have at least one Trap card in your GY, so if you put 5 or 6 Trap cards that are highly versatile or compatible with Shocker, such as bubble shadows and libides. There is a high possibility that it can be used, but there is still no such thing as a trap that can be searched with Psycho Bounder and has a GY effect, so the operation feels slightly unstable.
The second half of the effect can reproduce the original shocker that destroys all the opponent's trap cards with the trap search ability as soon as it appears.
If you activate it in the form of chaining to the opponent's Trap card and put out a shocker, you can negate the effect of that Trap card, so it's especially effective, but you can't step on the grave, you can't chain to Counter Trap, you can only activate it during the main phase, There are many things to be aware of, such as Shocker itself being able to negate only Trap cards on the field.
