Metacards such as 《Skill Drain》have a certain amount of countermeasures in the main deck, but this card does not allow countermeasures.
The biggest problem is that you can do the two points of ``cannot attack'' and ``cannot activate the effect regardless of the location'' with one piece without any combo properties.
