The effect is GY's FIRE, Warrior, or Dual resurrection when summoning / Special Summon is successful.
It has a similar effect to Wilps, but the timing is limited and the revived target does not enter the Dual state, but the resurrected range is slightly wider at no cost.
As well as Dual resurrection, FIRE and Warrior have a relatively wide range, so if you have a dedicated Deck, you will not have any trouble finding a resurrection target. There are no particular specifications, disadvantages, or restrictions, so the effect itself is very easy to use.
The problem is the timing of the effect activation. It's "when summoning / Special Summon is successful", but since this card is a Dual, you need to pay attention to the timing of Special Summon, regardless of when summoning. There are cards that deal with Special Summons, such as Raptenos, Wirps, and Ablation, but it's a pain that Dual's trump card, Supervise, doesn't deal with effects. If you want to revive Dual, Wilps is easier and more powerful. Since it is a successful summon/Special Summon, it can be used during the opponent's turn as long as the conditions are met.
