The effect of 1 is an effect that is often useful because it is a time when GY is often activated. The 2 effect is a recovery against removal, and Kozmo itself often pays an LP cost, so the LP gain is a blessing.
I'm not writing that either effect is bad, but it's kind of subtle.
First of all, the effect of 1 is a trap even though it is an offensive effect, so if you don't counterattack, it will often be broken before the opportunity to activate it comes. Depending on the opponent, there is also the possibility of strangling the head. In addition, Scimitar, who is the main attacker, has a removal and has a delicate compatibility with this battle destruction trigger.
The effect of 2 is also reduced due to the increase in removal methods. Kozmo's LP cost itself isn't that expensive... Well, Kozmo is still strong against removal, so compared to similar cards, it has more opportunities to activate, and it might be useful as an extra. I have a strong impression that it is a step forward.
