A hand exchange card that loses add at 3:2.
If you just want to exchange cards, nothing beats 《Magical Mallet》or 《Hand Destruction》. Please stop talking about backwards compatibility with cards that are nearly 15 years old and not very strong.
As mentioned above, it is out of the question to activate cards in your hand as a cost, so the ability to use monsters on the field as a cost is the only point that differentiates this card.
However, since it requires backside removal as a cost, it can't be included in combos, and it's very tough to force a pure add loss.
To be honest, no matter how hard I try, I can only come up with the idea of using it for the Majongdong meta.
By the way, if it hits Urara, it's as deadly as 《Left Arm Offering》, but if it's such a weak card, I feel like it's already an error.
