The effect is magic counter generation and resurrection of Spellcaster.
He can generate 2 magic counters at a time, which is very fast, and it's worth considering using it in his deck that uses magic counters. Since the resurrection effect must match the level, a large amount of magic power counters are required for advanced and superlative levels, but thanks to the fast generation speed, it is possible to use the resurrection effect without much trouble.
RBI is also 1700 and it is a semi-attacker class, so there is little worry about spoiling on the field.
There is no doubt that it is a very easy-to-use card, but since Mythical Beast and Endymion, which are magic counter-specialized themes, are his Pendulum themes, the only drawback is that it is difficult to utilize the resurrection effect there.
