The effect is to generate a magical power counter each time the spell is activated, and increase the RBI by that amount. The rate of increase is not bad, with 500 up just by riding one, and if you try to build it exclusively, the hit points will go beyond the ceiling. It has the disadvantage of returning at the end of the battle phase after attacking, but there is no problem if you use it in the turn when you can decide the game, and if you add continuous attacks, the firepower will jump up even more.
However, the increase in firepower is close to a one-shot trick, and there is a risk that the magic counter will be wasted if the game cannot be decided. If you look at it as a low-level attacker who doesn't fall into the abyss, I think it's a pretty interesting card.
