The effect is to search for a card with the same name while putting a counter on it. If you just look at the effect, it's plain, but it's quite convenient to bring the next one while earning magic counters. This card is also a spell, so you can put 2 magic counters on Magical Citadel of Endymion at once.
The problem is that it has a turn 1 limit, so you can't use it in a row, and you can't use the 3rd copy as it's the fate of searching with the same name, and if you put more than one in your hand, it's spoiled. Even if the first problem can't be helped, the second problem is quite fatal. With the addition of the powerful card 《Mythical Bestiary》, their position became even more dangerous.
