The first effect is complete resistance to monster effects. As expected, Kaiju is impossible, but being able to shut out monster effects is very powerful. The resistance to Spell Trap is a hole, but it is relatively easy to deal with because the hole is clear.
The second effect is total destruction when the link material conditions are met. Because the conditions are a little harsh, the effect itself is flashy. Unlike Buraro, it leaves a high hit point with high resistance, so it's a nightmare from the opponent's point of view.
The third effect is to recruit World Legacy when the opponent puts out a monster from the EX Deck. With Star Crown, you can interfere with your opponent's EX monsters, with Star Armor, you can search for Star Spears to prepare for battle, and with Melodyark, you can aim to weaken your opponent.
All three have a very strong effect, but the weight is the neck, and level 5 or higher x 3 is quite heavy. RBI is lower, but I wonder if Chaos Warriors, etc., whose summoning conditions are slightly looser than this one, are rivals. Still, I think it's worth aiming for a dedicated construction.
