"Tokage" means the shadow of a light.
As is often said, one of the Mecha Knight Heppoko group. Among them, this guy is particularly cruel.
If the opponent's card in the same column as yourself leaves the field, you can fulfill some opponent-dependent conditions, and the effect of making his Mekk-Knight his Special Summon from your hand. I can't think of a situation where a Mech Knight Deck with a self-Special Summon ability would need to have an effect that makes his Special Summon out of the hand with the tedious triggering conditions. Even if you think of it as a deployment aid when there is no column to put out Mekk-Knight, when this card is in play in the first place, he should be able to Special Summon a Mekk-Knight monster if he wants to put it in the position where this guy is.
If I had to force myself to use it, I would ignore the effect, make use of the defensive status, and combine it with Deep and Whisper to be in charge of suppressing. Since his ATK is "800", it is possible to revive him in the Black Garden.
