① is the effect of turning over 3 cards and adding them to your hand. Basically, if you turn over 3 cards, you can turn over the "Salamangreat card" itself, but whether or not the [desired card] will come is another matter. "For the time being, let's just treat the add as a card that can earn money." Also, since it can only be used when summoned, you should basically think of it as a turn 1 effect.
② The effect of reviving from GY, but if you don't have a face-up Spell/Trap, this is also a slightly unstable effect. Don't. It would be ideal if it could destroy the opponent's card...　Since it puts pressure on the opponent with a face-up Spell/Trap, it seems like this card will do a good job just by placing it in GY.
