FIRE's "Prank-Kids" Link Monster.
(1) raises his ATK. Because it is limited to the linked monster, and because the link marker is facing right and downward, only one monster can be affected. However, ATK 1000 up is very powerful. Roagon and House Battler are the only "Prank-Kids" monsters with high ATK, and the other "Prank-Kids" monsters with 2000 or less ATK alone would be very powerful.
(2) has the same effect as Doodle except that it is limited to the opponent's turn instead of adding effect destruction resistance. However, it is powerless against other effects such as bounce. Therefore, is it painful that the role is much more limited than Doodle, which can be activated on your turn? Since it can be activated during the opponent's turn, it might work well with the Great Rampage, which is often activated during the opponent's turn.
His ATK up in (1) may be useful as a battle support, but the effect of (2) has to be on the opponent's turn, so compared to Doodle, the role is limited.
