A higher version of Breaker, but bigger doesn't mean better.
Each summoning method has a different number of counters installed, and it's not difficult to build for any summoning. Unlike the breaker, there is no upper limit to the number of counters that can be equipped, so if you specialize it, you can aim for a tremendous RBI.
However, the essential removal effect is limited to 1 turn, and it seems to be deteriorating rather than growing.

Even in the P Deck, I am not P, and Eccentric Archfiend is a P with a scale of 7, and can remove magic and traps without summoning, and can even destroy monsters if I put it on the field.
However, taking advantage of its advanced points, it can be used as a countermeasure against sending cards in the P Deck, and it can also be used to break metas such as imperial orders. If you have the deployment power of P Deck, such treatment is not difficult and can be treated as a powerful advanced level.
