It has the effect of not destroying his Spell Trap set card during the opponent's turn, and the effect of raising his ATK until the end of the turn every time his Spell Trap set card is destroyed.
At first glance, the effects seem to be contradictory, but it seems to be designed to protect Set Cards during the opponent's turn, and increase his ATK when destroyed during your turn.
However, sadly, if he is blown away during his end phase, his resistance will not work and his ATK increase will have no effect. Therefore, it is extremely weak against the End Cycle. Of course, this card itself doesn't have any resistance, so it's hard to overestimate.
Even in his deck, which uses a lot of set cards, I feel that the cards will move in various ways to protect this card, so it's a card that doesn't feel strong enough.
