Material designation is limited to Cybers of level 2 and below, so if you want to make it easier to put out, you need to devise a little construction. I would like to prioritize the converter over the secretary, and I would like to add a Draconnet set.
Markers are easy to use for downward and link 1 orientations.
Similar to Talker-related effects, it's hard to function on its own, so it works well with effects such as Divoty, which will be useful mainly in the middle stage and later, as it can release Cybers on the field at Link 2 and revive his GY's Talker. It is difficult to play an active role from the beginning, and you have to revive at the link destination, so after using Talker as a material, you need to devise a flow such as reviving, but if it goes well, you can expect a considerable total RBI. As a link 1, the hit point is high, and if you interact with trance or ex etc., it can be used as an attacker.
I think it's a great effect for Cybers, who were vulnerable to counterattacks.
