It strongly supports cards that use dice with effects that make the roll 7, but in most cases, cards that use dice specify the number of rolls, and I feel that there are few cards that play with a multiplier. If you want to use this card for its own effect, you need 3 or more level 5s, which is a bit heavy. Other than that, it's a little strange to say that he's an effector worthy of Rank 5.
