I could hardly believe my eyes, but when I think about it calmly, it's a relatively normal card. If you think about it that way, it can be said to be a rare card.
It has the effect of removing 3 cards from the top of the Deck and adding those 3 cards to your hand during your 3rd Standby Phase after activation.
Even though it doesn't stay on the field, it requires more turns, like Shard of Greed. Considering the time it took, it's 3 cards in 3 turns, so even if it's a medium speed deck, let alone a fast deck, it's a bit suspicious.
His deck, which is as solid as a countdown, is an excellent way to replenish your hand. Might be an excellent draw source as a companion to a delayed deck.
