Is it a card to protect Tragon? (In the anime, Xyz would have been fine...)
Only set cards can be destroyed, requiring the rather wasteful cost of Hope. Since it is a trap card, it would be nice if it could be removed face down at the opponent's end, but I wonder if there is any hope that can be released by then. It's out of the question to go out of your way to release Lightning, and even if it's Hope Roots, which can be used at Rank 1, if it's worth the cost of this card, it's much more effective to use it as a link material, and it's straightforward to use things like Tsuitsui and Feather Brooms.
