It's not a bad reason, but... a card like that.
Attacking monsters twice + adding a draw effect if the conditions are met, it's pretty good if you look at this alone. The activation condition is that there are no monsters in the main monster zone, but Sky Striker Ace is basically empty in the main monster zone, so there is no problem.
However, it is difficult to block direct attacks and the status of his Sky Striker Ace link, which is essential, is poor. Evaluation may have still changed if direct attack or a monster attack was chosen twice. Depending on his GY, Cagalli can hit his tremendous ATK, but if that's the case, it's definitely better to turn his deck without using this card.
However, with the Sky Striker Deck, where there are only two types of Link Monsters disappearing at a tremendous speed, the effect of 3, which can collect multiple copies from GY at once, is excellent. It also helps Shizuku's search effect, so I think you can use it to send a pin to his GY with multi-roll or area zero.
