Elementsaber support personnel. There is nothing to do with the joke cards like 《Gather Your Mind》. It's a bit like a structure, though.
The effect of (1) is to protect the shrine. The Sanctuary is the lifeblood of his Elementsaber, so the effect is very useful.
The effect of (2) is to replace Elementsaber. It is quite powerful to be able to bring in Rapawila and Molev, which move during the opponent's turn, according to the situation. Even on my own turn, it's helpful to be able to bring out Aina, whose effects are strong but whose stats are difficult, in his Defense Position. Moreover, his released Elementsaber can be released as it is in Aina.
